But did not work with my VCD but maybe due to being an overseas import so would not work, but everything else is excellent.

A great burner

Suports the UDF format automatically for over 2 GB files. This is a very important feature not found in a lot of burner software. Easy to use very user friendly interface. You won't go wrong on this one and it is well worth the purchase price.

Ashampoo Burning Studio 5 was exactly what I have always wanted in the past 10 years of using [..] and [..]. Disc labeling should be kept separate from burning software (I use Acoustica for that). In short, Ashampoo Burning Studio is everything you need it to be, and you just can't beat German engineering.

This program beats all the audio software on my pc..none of the programs did the job I wanted..Ashampoo no problem...easy fast job..and bonus... my dear old granny could use it..highly recommend..havent bought it yet but will do... thank you Ashampoo

I have been using my registered version of Ashampoo Burning Studio for the past half-year, and I have never felt so secure when burning my CDs and DVDs! Both the in-program and customer support are terrific. The user simply can't go wrong! Warmly recommended!

In my opinion this is probably the BEST burner in this price range (free to $30), and I have tried 15 or more. And I have had zero install and user problems on my XP system. Free upgrades. Good tech support (but you probably won't need it). Has features found in much more expensive burners.
