Needs work (hire some beta testers)
I quickly found many features with quirks, not working, or needed. My quick test worked in the internal page viewer, but not in Internet Explorer. No standards level control. What browser/version it compliant with? Who knows? What happens when HTML 4.2 comes out? Cannot change properties in visual web designer. Only works when inserting new objects. Automated code cleanup/reformat annoyingly changes tags that don't have a closing tag to end with " />". Automatic cleanup/reformat feature defaults to be automatically applied and saved, even without making any changes. Cannot undo. I got burned by this during testing. At this point I am too frustrated to test anymore. Maybe worth $10 as shareware only.
