Simple and nicely designed software. A few features such as shuffle-all are missing but there is a wish-list on their website which seems to be regularly responded to by the authors. I've been looking at the similar BoxEasy as well but in my opinion AlbumPlayer is simply more professional and the better choice. AlbumPlayer is well worth evaluating.

Thanks for the review. May be not very important, but I want to make a note that shuffle all is very simple by selecting, the All collection, and then from the playlist options menu choose Add current collection to playlist . Then choose shuffle and play. The AlbumPlayer has a lot of playing options, it takes some time to discover them all.

I installed the program demo and tried it's features. It appears to associate a folder's contents as a complete album, okay. It did play the listings, okay. I decided it wasn't what I wanted and uninstalled it. The program did not clean up properly and I had to manually reset file extensions for the players I normally use.
