All form, no function
The majority of this is fluff. See what's in your folders, change your wallpaper, change your icons, appointment planners, etc. This will help people who don't know how to do things like set start-up programs, but for the most part, it's a waste. It will check for spyware and block pop-ups, but most people have software for that, again, a waste. It will fix registry problems and defrag the registry, which is good, but it won't fix or defrag the hard drives. I get the impression they added so much stuff just so they could say, "See...30 tools...more than anyone else." If you need software to open your C drive for you, then you might be happy with this. If you're looking for something that isn't "all show no go", you might want to look elsewhere.

Beware
Advanced System Optimizer's automatic registry optimization functions should be used with great caution if at all. Per Systweak's customer service, it is quite common (the word used was "usual") for this feature to render a machine unbootable. If you can't get to Systweak's Rescue Center or your System Restore function, you have a large brick on your hands.

A complete collection !
Many people(just like me) are not entirely familiar with the procedures of maintenance that must be performed in order to service computer systems properly, and most system technicians will agree that the necessary tools are not included in the operating system. Advanced System Optimizer is a complete collection of all the necessary tools to keep your system running smoothly, speedily, and error free. If you use Advanced System Optimizer regularly, will be amazed at the performance of your computer. :-)
