Good for windows but no help for linux

I bought this product a few month ago because I erased two partition with a bad Ghost restore (image to disk instead of image to partition). It did a wonderful job at restoring NTFS and FAT32 partitions. Now I have lost a linux partition (ext3) and it seems that this software isn't going to help me the way I thought it would. :-(
