Well this looks like the pick of video player programs on this site. It works, is easy to use, and doesn't seem to contain any spyware/adware (unlike BSplayer). With the DivX pack from sourceforge, main site: http://www.divxtotalpack.org/ I can play all the files I'm interested in.
