Think carefully before...
No one, not even an author of free software, has the right to waste my time. Generally, this programm is excellent. But I can only recommend the paid version, because the export-function is disabled in the freeware. Because of its support for TAN-passwords and a few other nice features I am now (gradually) switching to KeePass which is not only freeware but open source. My general satisfaction with Access Manager has vanished due to the painful, time consuming transfer. I dare to question whether the export-function is suitable to discriminate between free and pro version. It's just plain user-unfriendly.

Only one problem
I have been spoiled by Avant Browser's online storage feature which stores all my info online. This means that any pc I log my browser into gets all my passwords and such. If this app had an online feature it would be awesome.

Very handy
This is a very well made program. It stores your passwords in one safe and easy to access place, using a master password. Once entered, the program has an intuitive way to use your password entries. There a two things I found less handy. One is a backup option, which doesn't exist in the freeware version. However, you can manually backup the database. And that is a good idea, because I found that upgrading to a new version once wiped out my database. When you rely on a password manager, you are completely depending on it. Especially when you use the password generator within the program, that creates phrases that really can't be memorized (and why would you want to?). All good, but when you lose your database you are totally lost.

Secure, reliable, easy to use, good value
I use access manager and have done since 1.4, as a security conscious IT Professional, security matters and it meets my standards. The free version was great but i eventually thought I'd try the pro version, and lots more good features, i particularly like being able to securely encrypt/decrypt files. its very easy to understand and use, reliable and does the job well. i can store links and lots of text information with my passwords in a very accessible way. drag and dropping passwords to sites is quick and easy. have never had a problem yet stable and reliable.

My first password manager.
This was the first password manager that I really stuck with. It has everything you need in a password manager. It did strike some issues with it when installing a fresh copy of my operating systems and it bringing up missing file messages. This was the major reason I switched to Oubliette. It's really a toss up between Access Manager and Oubliette. With Oubliette the interface seems to be 'lighter' and more functional and easier to use, in my personal opinion and no problems with 'missing files' when I reinstall my OS. Access Manager would be my second choice.

Well built, easy to use and inexpensive...
This package has proven to be an incredible access to both my company and my family. I have the free version at home and the Professional version at work and it have proven to be fantastic. Access Manager is easy to use, company support is excellent and the features are plentiful (especially for such an inexpensive package). I highly recommend this software for anyone in need of a package to safely store password and access information. Enjoy!!!!!

Great program
This was the second one that I downloaded and tried, and Access Manager gets the ribbon. It's very easy to use. If you need a free password manager, then this is it. It allows you to enter all the information that you will need to login anywhere and to any account. Get it! You won't be disappointed.

A1 for password management
Best password management tool going. If you think the free version is good, upgrade to the Professional version and get even more features. For $19.95 (US) (Upgrade to pro), this is a real deal. Great online support through the user forum at the Access Manager site.

An indispensable program!
I started using Access Manager quite some time ago, and it didn't take long to become one of those rare programs which you simply can't do without anymore. I mean, who would pass up a program which securely stores all your passwords (well over 150 at latest count) safely in a secure database, is easy to use, and, in the basic version, absolutely free! It has been upgraded recently to version 2 which has added features and a very pleasant interface. And the basic version is STILL free. However, I would suggest to pay just $20 for the Professional version which gives you even more features. An excellent program!
