You can do everything this does by simply typing mmc into your run box, add snap-in group policy object editor. Probably not in XP home though.

I've been using it since version 7.1 appeared on the scene. It's a feature-rich security-tweaker. At first glance the user-interface (it's a tree-structure) appears to be intimidating but then is very easy and intuitive to use. It should be in the collection of a power-user who wants to have complete security-control (578 tweaks for XP) over his/her PC.
