email search for Outlook Xobni is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook that that shifts the focus from individual messages sorted chronologically, without context, to people and relationships. Whenever you open a message in the preview page, the Xobni sidebar displays a personal profile of the sender as well as a list of related contacts, email conversations and file attachments associated with the current message. It also offers integration with several social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Hoovers) allowing you to search for the personal profile of the sender with the click of a button (Linkedin public profiles are retrieved automatically). Furthermore, a basic keyword search feature allows you to quickly find messages with subjects that match your query. Other features include conversation threading, email statistics, message previews and integrated Google search. A Plus version is available (for purchase) that offers advanced search features and support for multiple PST files.
