XmlSendmail
command line SMTP sender
XmlSendmail is a command-line utility that enables you to send messages, using an XML config file. You can send single or multiple messages, depending on your configuration. The program supports SMTP authentication, as well as (multiple) file attachments. The message content can be integrated into the XML statement, or called via external text file.
