secure file deletion XL Delete is a secure deletion tool, that allows you to permanently delete selected files or folders, using 12 wipe methods, including Gutmann, DoD and an option to define your own. In addition to files, the program can also wipe Internet Explorer and Firefox cookies, history, and temp files as well as free space on your disk(s), and automatically wipe specified files and folders on a regular schedule. Furthermore, XL Delete integrates with your Recycle Bin right-click menu, allowing you to securely delete the content.

It was possible to recover files in good and simple condition so try before you buy. showShow review details
The software developer responded to this review on Sep 04, 2006: It is more likely that the user recovered an older file that was not deleted by XL Delete or a file that existed in several locations on the hard drive. We have tested our product against the top data recovery tools in the industry and have been able to defeat them. We invite everyone to download our free trial and test for themselves. We stand behind our product 100% and would not be selling something that did not work.
