Xara Web Designer is an easy to use, template based web page creation tool that enables you to create professional looking websites without the need for any HTML or Javascript skills. It offers a WYSIWYG interface that allows you to drag and drop elements into position and type your text directly into the page. The program offers a variety of templates that can be used as inspiration for your custom design and are easily customized. You can use intuitive tools to apply drop shadow and transparency effects, insert shapes, photos, graphics, color fills, flash animations and more. The finished site can be saved, exported to HTML or image formats and uploaded to your FTP server with the integrated upload tool. Other features include a tool to create Flash animations, text effects, dynamic layout adjustments, document import and more. Xara Web Designer sites are W3C compliant, cross browser compatible and XHTML, CSS standards based.
