You can simply drag your frequently used applications, documents or folders onto the launcher to create one-click launch icon that provides quick access to the item. WinStep Nexus is all about eye candy but also offers support for several advanced features like command-line arguments, hotkey launch, custom icons and Run As options. You can choose from various unique skin themes and further customize the appearance by adjusting mouseover effects, icons sizes, transparency, reflection effects and other visual settings. The program is also available as Ultimate/Extreme Edition (not free) which include additional features like multiple, nested docks, display modules and other features that are not necessarily needed by most users. The free version has no functional limitations and should be sufficient for the majority of users that are looking for an easy to use and stylish application launcher.
