share Outlook folders without Exchange WinPST Share Outlook enables you to share Microsoft Outlook Calendars, Mails, Contacts, Tasks, Journals and Notes within your organization, without the need to run Microsoft Exchange Server. The program runs as a server/client application, where the client allows the user to configure which folders to share and who to grant access to them, and the server is used for general administration of all clients. In addition to sharing folders with specific users, the program also provides the option to define public folders which can be accessed by any staff member (useful for shared contacts, holiday calendars etc.). WinPST is compatible with Outlook 2000-2010 and can run on a JET or SQL Server database.
