It completely removes the Start button, as well as system tray icons and the right-click menu and prevents access to Windows Explorer, Control Panel and other system folders. Furthermore you can also block specific Windows based on their title. WinBounds can be enabled from the system tray as needed, and disabled via a keyboard shortcut.
