WinAlarm is a small and easy to use reminder program that can pop up an alert box at specified times, reminding you of things that need to be done. You can set up one-time reminders or recurring events that will remind you every day, week or year. The program comes with a nice interface, and offers color coded (customizable) notification windows with an option to snooze the notification for X minutes if needed.
