Willing Webcam is a webcam publishing tool, that can upload images from your webcam to any Web site, stores to local disk, both in cycle or on demand. It can also broadcast live video from its own HTTP server and it comes equipped with a motion detection feature. You can overlay text, date and time stamps, and an additional watermark, as well as apply several live video effects. Willing Webcam also includes a photo album to organize your captured images and videos. The album organizes your collected files and allows you to view thumbnails and full images, and also play movies.
