The program creates form pages that are submitted and then sent to your email address. It then collects and analyzes the results from your email program or POP account and creates a statistical report with bar graphs and pie charts that allows you to view the results of the survey. Web Questionnaire includes more than 30 templates that you can customize and also import your own HTML designs. Other features include WYSIWYG form design and editing, personal FAQ library, form validation, and more. Web Questionnaire does not require you to run any scripts on your server, and it does not include any scripts to process the forms. All form processing is done via the author`s web server, which may raise privacy concerns, depending on the content of the forms.
