Webcpp (Web C Plus Plus) takes your source code and converts it into an HTML file, using fully customizable syntax highlighting and style sheets. It supports a variety of code languages, including Assembler, ASP, Basic, C, C++, DOS Batch, Java, Javascript, Pascal, Perl, PHP, SQL and many others. You can optionally include line numbers, convert tabs to spaces, use external style sheets and more. The program comes with a Windows interface, as well as a command line version.
