Only for smaller audio files. 3 stars by ruthless Feb 06, 2008 (Read all my 38 reviews)
On opening the program it looked great..nice.. well set out interface with plenty of options but that is as far as I got; as soon as I opened a file an error message appeared: memory allocation ...unable to load file ! There is no help withing the program but there is an online forum where I found out that large files can not be handled by the program, so sadly I can not recommend this unless you want to use it with smaller files. showShow review details
Does everything i need very well 5 stars by joeysazo Oct 02, 2007
I only need basic editing of concert recordings to crop out gaps between songs. Wavosaur has a nice, straightforward UI so it's easy to get the job done. (I previously tried Audacity but didn't like the UI.) Plus it's nice to add fades, which the basic Windows recorder software doesn't have (and is not included with the new Vista computer I recently purchased.) showShow review details
Great program, very easy to use, fast results 5 stars by Lephonque Sep 06, 2007
I checked out a couple of freeware audio editors and this I found by far the easiest to use. It has all the features that I need as I do mostly very basic editing (cut, paste, fades, normalize). There might be other, more powerful audio editors but this is the one that provides the quickest results and does its job really, really well! I like that the program requires no installation. Its just a small exe. Its just perfect for my needs! showShow review details
