send WOL packet to network computers WakeMeOnLan enables you to turn on computers remotely be sending a Wake-on-LAN (WOL) packet to selected machines on the network. The program scans your network and automatically enumerates all nodes and their current status. Just select the device that you want to turn on and click a button. Note: Wake-on-LAN must be supported by the remote machines. Keep in mind that the Wake-on-LAN feature only works on wired networks, not on wireless.
