WackGet is a download manager, that maintains a queue of files and downloads them in the order you specify. It is a minimalist application, that doesn t tax system resources, doesn t require a lot of screen real estate, and doesn t include extraneous features. WackGet uses the open source wget to download files. It s a handy little tool that can be kept on top of your browser window, allowing you to quickly drag and drop download links into it. You can set a default download directory where the file will be stored and also integrate the program as a default download manager for Internet Explorer. Simple but effective!
