VideoEdit Converter Gold allows you to add transition effects and an overlay image (Bitmap, GIF, JPEG, PNG) to your video files. It supports transparent colors, X/Y positioning, and custom alpha value, as well as user defined start/end time to show the overlay only for a portion of the video. In addition, you can combine multiple video files and audio tracks, split videos into multiple files and convert to MPEG1, MPEG2, VCD, SVCD, DVD, WMF, ASF and AVI format. Additional features include output to separate audio/video files, resizing of video resolution, frame export and more. The interface is very plain and lacks an editing time line, which makes the process more complicated than with other video editing tools.
