Universal Viewer is a file viewer that supports a wide range of formats. It integrates many existing viewers that are installed on your PC, and allows you to use a HEX, Text or Binary view for any unknown file types. By default, the program can open all file types supported by Internet Explorer and MS Office (if installed) as well as RTF/UTF-8 files. You can add support for additional formats via available plug-ins. Universal Viewer supports Lister plug-ins.
