temporarily disable UAC prompts UAC Snooze enables you to temporarily turn Vista UAC prompts on or off by clicking on an icon in the system tray. You can also set a snooze option that allows you to disable the prompts for a user defined time period, and set a default status for when your computer is turned on. The current UAC status is always displayed from the system tray icon. UAC Snooze is useful for those who find the User Account Control prompts annoying but do not want to turn off that feature permanently.
