TrayBar is a small and handy application launcher that runs in the system tray and lets you access your favorite programs and files with a couple of clicks. You can completely customize the menu, select the applications, documents, web sites to include and also organize them in sub-menus. Furthermore, you can pick a custom tray icon, and the program integrates into the Windows Explorer right click menu to quickly add new items. Additional features include support for command line parameters, batch launching and window states (maximized, minimized, hidden) for each entry.
