convert images to icons ToYcon is an easy to use tool to convert images into icons (.ico format) and vice versa. It supports JPG, BMP, PNG, TGA and GIF formats and can create various size icons in 4 bits to 32 bits with optional compression for Vista. There is no need to install the software, just run it and drag/drop imgages to be converted onto the desktop icon. Configuration options are available by right-clicking on the icons.
