Personal Information Manager Total Organizer is a Personal Information Manager that allows you to manage your appointments, tasks, To-Do list items and contacts. It organizes your data into a tree-like structure with virtual folders for each category. You can assign multiple categories to any item and filter your view by category, subcategories, or view all items on the agenda. Each task can optionally be associated with an alarm reminder and a priority status, as well as keyword for quick searching. Total Organizer provides daily and weekly agenda views, as well as separate views for notes, To-Do items and contacts.

It has a lot to offer, contacts, notes, reminders, etc... I felt this was extremely easy to use and understand. Most of the options are self explanatory. Get to a main window, double click, enter info, that easy. I did feel the interface is a bit clunky and outdated however, could use some work but all in all, this is a great freeware and does accomplish what it's intended to do. I wouldn't put it up there with EfficientPim or the such but this could easily become a top notch software. Great Work. showShow review details
Useful as a reminder. 5 stars by Hertha
I used this program with Windows Vista and works fine. The idea with the program seems unique, I have not seen any other calendar with a tree structure like this. The tree structured calendar allows me to create many calendars all in one, without cluttering it down ! a great idea ! I could not get any reply from the author for newer updates. I think a more active developer would be needed. It is a 5 star program although support is none existent and the interface is not so nice either. showShow review details

If you like ACT but hate the extra features and massive footprint of software like that, then you will love this little program. I love the alarm reminder and snooze feature of this thing. I am a developer and if I had the time, this is exactly what I would have developed for myself. Thanks guys. showShow review details
