Total Fax allows you to send faxes from any Windows application that supports printing. You can create your fax in any word processor (e.g MS Word), and then fax it directly to the recipients. The program supports multiple group fax lists and contacts, and allows you to broadcast faxes to an unlimited number of recipients. It can automatically receive faxes, schedule outgoing faxes and comes with a built-in phone book to manage your recipients.
