DesktopCatalyst (formerly Toolbar Software) enables webmasters to create theire own custom Internet Explorer toolbar without any programming. It can optionally include a popup killer, a customized search box (to launch results from your site), a cookie and history cleaner, as well as promotional ads, URL triggered popups and more. You can easily add custom buttons with sub-menus that link to online resources of your choice, and use custom bitmaps or select from the included icons to customize the design. Other features include built-in FTP uploader, online install pages and more.
