TinCam is a web cam utility that enables you to post web cam images online, record video, run a streaming web cam server and more. It supports automated capture, as well as motion detection and on-demand capture. Despite the very simplistic interface, the program has several useful features tugged away under the hood, which include text and image overlay options, email notification (with picture attachment), support for multiple web cams, scheduled captures, integrated FTP upload and more.
