remote desktop via HTML5 browsers ThinVNC is a web based remote desktop solution that takes advantage of the latest HTML5 features and allows you to access your computer remotely from any HTML5 compliant web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox), without the need to install any client software or plugins. The ThinVNC server can also be used a a presentation tool, allowing you to share your entire desktop or only selected application windows with other users over the Internet. ThinVNC supports HTTP and HTTPS connections and provides a password protected login screen, but offers no other security options to limit or control access.
