Template Phrases for Microsoft Outlook enables you to quickly insert frequently used text phrases into your messages without having to do any typing. The program integrates with the Outlook message dialog and displays a sidebar that contains your collection of phrases - a double-click on any item will insert into the message. In addition to simple text phrases, you can also include macro commands to display the current date or time, insert recipients into the CC or BCC fields, fill the subject line and automatically attach files to the message. You can combine multiple macros in the same template and generate complex messages or responses with a click of your mouse. Works with Microsoft Outlook 2007 - 2000.
