Tag&Rename is an audio file manager that supports all popular digital audio formats, including mp3 (all ID3 tags), wma, ogg, mp4 (m4a, m4p), mpc, flac, ape, wav pack & optim frog. It enables you to fix tags and rename files, either manually or by importing from the freedb database or allmusic.com. In addition, you can organize music files and folders, create play lists, export information to CSV, HTML, XML, text and more. Other features include file playback, Windows Explorer integration, and more.
