synchronize Outlook folders SynchPst for Outlook allows you to synchronizes data in two Personal Folders (.pst) files quickly and easily. You can choose a single or multiple folders/subfolders to synchronize. If the selected folder does not exist in the target .pst file, the entire folder is copied, otherwise, the source and target files are compared and the entries are synchronized based on creation time and/or subject. If they are different, the item is imported, if they match, the item is skipped. Works with Outlook 2000-2010, including 64-bit versions.

Trial Limitations: 20 day trial. Some features disabled.

Slightly quirky and amateurish interface, but steadily improving, especially on the speed front. New features also from time to time. Customer support helpful and usually prompt. Infrequent bug fixes, and updates usually require paying a small fee. Most of the alternatives seem to be more expensive with no great advantages. showShow review details
Non existent support 2 stars by mudskipper
This software works fine but the license code is time limited. If you need to reinstal you may need to get a new code. If you have changed ISP in the meantime you will not be able to as any support queries to support are simply ignored. There are similar products whose distributors offer support. Give this one a wide berth. showShow review details
