STGThumb

STGThumb allows you to create high-quality thumbnails from your images. You can choose to select individual files or entire directories, and the size and quality of the thumbnail images can be customized. You can also automatically add a prefix or suffix to the newly create files and optionally rotate the resulting images or apply several filters like blur, sharpen, emboss and others. STGThumb even lets you create thumbnails from animated GIFs, in which case, the program will use the first frame of the animation for the thumb image. Additional features include customizable HTML page and slideshow generation.
