Monitor Registry Startup StartupEye is a small and simple program that runs in the system tray and monitors the registry for any programs that set themselves to start automatically with Windows. If it detects a new entry, it pops up an alert dialog and gives you the option to either accept or delete the newly added startup key. The notification dialog contains addition details, links to the actual registry key and a shortcut to upload the file to Virus Total for online scanning.
