backup SQL Server databases SQLBackupAndFTP Free (feature limited) enables you to backup your SQL Server databases and save them to a local drive, network folder or upload them to a remote FTP server. You can run the backups manually or schedule them to be performed automatically every day. The program is designed to be installed on the same machine as the SQL server, however it also supports remote backups via scripting (currently in beta). Other features include optional email notifications and support for custom SQL scripts to be run before/after backup. The free version is limited to 2 scheduled backup jobs and has some additional features disabled.
