simple graphics editor SPX Graphic Editor is a basic image editor, mostly intended for simple editing or enhancing of existing graphics. It includes a set of standard image editing tools, as well as a variety of image filters. The program is mostly useful for enhancement of screen captures, and offers several filters that are specifically designed for that purpose, including a drop shadow option, spotlight and magnify, as well as an option to add text annotations. Even though the program is mostly useful for enhancement of screen captures, it does not include any screen capture capabilities (as most other graphic editors).
