internet dialer with time and cost calculator SP Dialer lets you connect to your Internet provider with one mouse click. It can restore your connection (redial) if the connection is severed, play a sound on connect and disconnect, launch programs after a connection has been established or terminated and monitor the connection quality. SP Dialer also calculates the time and cost of your Internet usage (with log and warning options) based on your defined tariff system (any number of tariffs for different days and time intervals) and can synchronize your system clock over the Internet. You can use it as your default dialer, and it can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. Additional features include callback phone number support, proxy server and support for XP themes.
