You can add text to the beginning or end of the file names, replace text or characters, change case and enumerate you files by adding automatic numbering to the file names. The program allows you to stack renaming rules into a logical sequence, which makes it easy to perform complex renaming operation in a single swoop. A real-time preview allows you to see how your renaming rules affect the file names before applying them. Solid Renamer is easy to use and works well for many common renaming needs. However, the program lacks some of the advanced options found in more complex renaming tools.
