Sniff - O - Matic is a simple network protocol analyzer and packet sniffer with an easy to use and unsophisticated interface. It displays a tree view of the captured data, as well as a hex display of the raw capture. The program also includes filtering options to limit capture based on IP address, protocol or data. Other features include a statistical chart display and a simple search option. Sniff - O - Matic works as advertised, but we would have expected more features from a commercial packet analyzer.
