automatic PC shutdown based on a schedule SmartPower is a Windows Service that enables you to automatically suspend, hibernate, shutdown and wake-up your computer based on a custom schedule. You can configure a default schedule that applies to all days or configure individual weekdays separately. What makes this program "smart" is the fact that you can configure conditions that, if valid, will prevent the schedule action from taking place.You can set custom threshold values for network activity, CPU usage and also name processes that (if running) should postpone the shutdown action. SmartPower can even check if other network computers are online and keep the machine on until they have gone offline, even it is past the schedule shutdown time.
