quickly file email messages SimplyFile for Microsoft Outlook enables you to quickly file email messages into designated folders without the need to set up any rules. After a short training period, the program will try to guess the folder that you want to file the current message in and make it available for one-click filing from the Outlook toolbar. SimplyFile does not file any messages automatically, it only suggests the folder and allows you to move the message with a single click, providing an alternative to drag&drop filing. The program also adds two convenient buttons to the toolbar that allow you to create a task or schedule entry from any messages with a single click.

One of the best GTD tools I have seen in recent times! I have been using it from last few days and its been very helpful in taming the Inbox beast. Based on my past and present filing habits, folder suggestions are offered on both incoming and sent items and are quite accurate. Before Simplyfile, i used to depend on Inbox rules, but they didnt always work for me, as they automatically route the messages. Simplyfile bridges the gap, gives me a chance to read the email and then decide what to do with it. A single mouse click is all it takes to file a message, way faster than manual filing. It has been saving me at least a half hour per day. I think i got my money's worth already! showShow review details
