Picture Ace Lite (formerly SavePicNoAsk) allows you to save images in Internet Explorer without having to select a folder and file name each time. You can specify a default folder once, and then use the new right-click option in IE to save pictures instantly to the specified folder, without opening any additional dialogs or prompts. It can also create a new sub-folder based on the web site name if you choose to. The fastest way to save images in IE.
