generic rootkit scanner Rootkit Buster scans your computer for hidden Registry Entries, MBRs, Processes, Services, Kernel Code Patches, Operating System Hooks, Ports and File Streams and presents you with a list of objects found. You can then review the list and choose to remove selected items. The scan results include generic items that have "potential" to be a threat but could be totally legit. You'll need to use your own expertise to determine whether these items are indeed of a malicious nature. Rootkit Buster does not provide any help with this.
