This is an incredible program! What mind boggles me is why Rickard calls it TextED. . . It's so much more. A full fledged texthtml editor, file commander, FTP client, and Et cetera, Et cetera. He (the developer) could have easily charged for this program. (a donation is forthcoming) Try it, and chance are you will be using your uninstall on several other programs. . . I did. Downloaded, but the no install zip file does not have a file to start the program, tried every one of them, tried the help, nothing. Finally downloaded, 3rd time,the file was in there. For those of you who download this and dig through the myriad of files trying to find the correct one, it's in the main directory, scroll down a little pencil on a tablet labeled (TextEd). Open that up to run the program. Once you actually get this up and going, it's a very powerful text editor which of course, has many capabilities other than just text, Java, HTML,C++, etc... the list goes on. The interface is not that hard to get used to which was surprising to me considering how packed this text editor is. So far I give it a 4 but may change that after I use it more. showShow review details
