default signatures for Outlook folders RealAccount is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook XP and 2003, that enables you to specify a default signature and mail account for each of your mail folders. For example, if you reply, forward or compose an email from your Orders folder, you could automatically use your Sales signature and a specified mail account. The program integrates with the Outlook properties dialog, and all you have to do is right-click on a folder, and specify the desired account and signature.
