quick and easy notes manager QText is a small, portable notes manger to quickly jot down notes or ideas that come to mind. You can use the program as a simple scratchpad or create multiple categories, each represented as a tab. Each tab is automatically saved as individual text file, which makes it easy to backup, synchronize or otherwise process your notes. You can further separate your notes into different folders to organize them by topic or project. By default, your notes are stored in plain text format, but you can also choose to use Rich Text for some (or all) of your notes, in which case they are saved as .RTF files.
