Does what it says and it's free! 4 stars by nmyshok809 Jun 22, 2012
I'm with Nicholas. It does what is says, it's free. So you can't name restore points. If that's such a big issue, then use the Windows restore or purchase the appropriate software. This utility is very handy if you want to create a restore point prior to installation of software or making changes to your PC. show Review details
It's ok 2 stars by gimpguy Sep 14, 2011 (Read all my 1159 reviews)
As previously stated below, you can't rename the restore point, plus you click it, off it goes, no options aside from that. I don't like to muck up my drive with too many restore points so this really wasn't any use to me and prefer to simply right click my computer, properties, system protection. Then I can name, delete, choose type of restore, etc... but if others just like to hit the create restore button, then I suppose it works for them. It's Free, works. show Review details
Cannot name the restore points 2 stars by ianmacm Jan 12, 2010 (Read all my 174 reviews)
Works OK, but does not have an option to name the restore points generated. This is important if you want to find a particular one at a future date. All of the restore points are called "QuickRestoreMaker Generated", which is too basic. Could use some further development. show Review details
